On Saturday night, we had invited a few friends over for dinner and I attempted to make Chicken cacciatore. I was pretty proud of myself since I hadn’t cooked in a long while and that I didn’t burn anything. It’s been hard for me to cook since I live with an awesome cook! 
It was pretty good. Sichan would have liked it to be a little spicer but our friends enjoyed the meal.
Too bad I didn’t take any pictures… 
It’s always nice to have fellowship with friends and family! I can’t wait for the next month as we’re planning on visiting and inviting.
